"Law, without force, is impotent. Force without Law is blind." This quote by Blaise Pascal is depicting his view of democracy and how people in society follow the rules of life and laws of the land. Without laws those using force would just become mayhem. Laws without force behind it would be useless. although some law abiding citizens would follow this laws, eventually life would become chaotic due to those not obeying the law. Blaise Pascal's views are binding the two words together and saying one can not survive without the other.

Law by Force
"Law without force is impotent; Force without law is blind"
The government was created by the people and It cannot be seen or acted upon on its own nor it cannot create its own morals, principles, or rules without the force of the society. All these values need to be heard, and without the law to enforce them, we wouldn't have a balance to keep the society moving forward. The Law logically implies a force, If there was no force, law would be absent and there wouldn't be a law. Laws that are set by the government must be obeyed and put in place with consequences to be able to enforce the ones that don't obey what is in place. If individuals have no consequences, then there isn't any precautions that one might think about before imposing on what we believe is wrong.

Draft Kings Gambling or a Game of skill
For years, the only type of fantasy sports available were year-long leagues. The groups of friends, family or co-workers. come together at the beginning of professional sport's season and draft players they want on their custom roster for the season. With DraftKings and FanDuel, fantasy followers could choose their players on a weekly or daily basis, depending on the sport, without having to commit to each decision for more than a few hours. Back in November, New York state Attorney General Eric Schneiderman pulled the plug. He decided that "DFS" (Daily Fantasy Sites) such as the ones conducted by FanDuel and DraftKings engaged in illegal gambling and he sent cease-and-desist notices to both companies, requiring them to stop taking wagers from New York residents. New York, Schneiderman demanded draftkings and fan duel to pay punitive damages for the harm they have caused. The DFS sites are fighting back though and not giving up that easy. Players saying "that it is not gambling but in fact a game of skill. Instead of a game of luck. "It takes a lot to win in any form of fantasy sports," said Liss, who was outraged to find that he could no longer participate in his usual Sunday afternoon activity. "If you know the sport and know the players, you'll do better. If you don't know anything, you won't do as well. "That's why I think it's wrong to label daily fantasy sports as gambling -- skill is involved."

Fantasy World
There is a lot of news coming out of New York Attorney General's office concerning DraftKings and FanDuel these days. As I would like to point out, "DraftKings has been legally operating in the United States since the US federal government passed the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA) in 2006". So if it is legal, why is it such a big deal here in the United States and how has it become the major talk. As I have heard, The site offers all kind of different types of events to win money. There are "GPP contests with Guaranteed Prize Pools; Head to Head, where the champion wins every prize from the contests; Leagues, where we can play against two or more opponents at a time in smaller field contests; and 50/50’s, where the players who finish in the top-half of the classification receive cash prizes and etc". As you can see there is plenty to choose from if you have some spare time and want to earn some fast cash. Telling individuals that they must stop participating in challenging and entertaining contest that they enjoy is a big step in our free society. So I ask why should we stop now, if we it is legal and there are no bad outcomes.

Super Bowl 2016: Prop Betting Surges, Fueled By Fantasy Football — And Fantasies
"If you’re watching the Super Bowl on Sunday, and you’re less interested in the game’s outcome than how long it takes Lady Gaga to sing the national anthem, or what color Gatorade will be dumped on the winning coach, or whether there will be an earthquake, then it’s very possible that you have a gambling problem. But you’re also in good company: You're one of millions of Americans interested in the growing world of Super Bowl prop bets." Prop Bets or proposition bets have extremely grown in the last few years. Many believe this huge growth in what we would use to call sucker bets, is due to the growth in fantasy football. A huge amount of growth is not only due to fantasy football but these new sites that allow you to bet on fantasy football. The largest prop bet this sunday is who will be named MVP. the more sure bet players like Cam Newton and Peyton Manning pay out (-130) for Newton and (+275) Manning. But not so popular players are paying out (+2000) for C.J. Anderson to (+15000) for Mike Tolbert.
