- We encourage marriage and staying married with tax breaks for the first year of the marriage ( only to the people who are both have not been married before).

- If parents of a kid two year old or younger decide not to stay married mother of the kid is responsible to take care of the baby
- If parents of a kid two year old or younger decide not to stay married father have to pay mothers taxes for 2 years.
- Both parents have to pay for the kid until they become 18 years old
- Adoption of an orphan will give the family 2 years of tax break ( only apply to the first 3 kids).
- Families have to meet the requirement before being able to adopt an orphan ( family have to be able to provide the child with the basic human needs such as love and food )
- Having a child of your own will bring the family 2 years of tax break if the couple are married ( only apply to the first 5 kids).
- To use the tax break couple have to be married before the kid’s birth
- Government will provide an child support for those who need it
- Government will provide counseling for parents and the children if they desire to
- Abortion is not supported by the government but it is the parent's choice to make.
- Before abortion of a kid both parents have to attend counseling
- Mother of the unborn have the last saying in abortion of the baby

Article 1.
We the Three Kings and our One Queen, hold all power within our country. With this power we hold the sole burden of decision in law, land, wealth ext. All legislative decisions are made by the 4 in power and a decision either way must be a mutual vote. Each power successor shall be decided by his/ hers previous power holder.
Term is for life.
Decisions made are done in the best case for the people of our country.
Article 2.
Each of the 4 in power with control key aspects of our government. Police power, inner country commerce, trade, foreign policy, records, treasury, immigration, parks and rec ext.
All major decisions refer to Article 1. Decisions within delegated area are free to be made at will basis
Article 3.
Each member of society will pay a bi-annual flat fee tax. regardless of class, income, expenses ext.
Sales and property taxes will also be in place to create government revenue. Certain incentives in place on a case by case basis. Figure out under which power position to consult and refer to Article 1.
Article 4.
Aware of neighboring country's and those abroad we open our borders to all. Incentives are available for immigrating parties post payment of immigration tax. Simple back ground check and passing of our country exam and a citizen you are.
Article 5.
Society is built and functionally ran on the rational all citizens obey law and be productive to society by following civil code and common law. Our Government set in place to take burden of tough decisions away from citizens, so one can be productive and contribute to the enrichment of our country. No one have the right to vote but the Supreme Royals.

In case of the removal of a King/Queen from office or of his death or resignation, the chosen one of his/her choosing shall become King/Queen.

Amendment I:
Freedom of religion, speech, the press, and sex; rights of assembly and petition

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb, nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation.
Amendment VI Rights to a fair trial
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed; which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defence.
Amendment VII Rights in civil cases
In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the than according to the rules of the common law.
Amendment VIII Bails, fines, and punishments
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
Amendment IX Rights retained by the people
The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Amendment X Powers retained by the states and the people
The powers not delegated to the by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
Supreme Royal Empire
