Law by Force

"Law without force is impotent; Force without law is blind"

The government was created by the people and It cannot be seen or acted upon on its own nor it cannot create its own morals, principles, or rules without the force of the society. All these values need to be heard, and without the law to enforce them, we wouldn't have a balance to keep the society moving forward. The Law logically implies a force, If there was no force, law would be absent and there wouldn't be a law. Laws that are set by the government must be obeyed and put in place with consequences to be able to enforce the ones that don't obey what is in place. If individuals have no consequences, then there isn't any precautions that one might think about before imposing on what we believe is wrong.

  1. I agree with your statement, Government has to have the input of society it is why democracy is necessary. Everyones input matters and just having an input is what makes the people have power. so that injustice can be maintained and justice can be enforced by society itself. In turn the government also has the role to maintain and enforce the law when it is not, injustice occurs.

  2. I like your statement that without consequences, nobody would be encouraged to make the right decisions. I like how that links the law and force together. If there is a law nobody will be encouraged to follow the law if there is nobody to enforce the consequences.
